AD. Week 1, day 1 of my 12 week half marathon training plan. u2028 I feel like I’ve taken a few steps backwards with my running but I’ve had other priorities going on in my life and I don’t regret that.  I’m also super excited to put in the work over the next 12 weeks using RUNNA for my training plan which helps to keep me accountable, plans my runs based on my targets and gives me structure to my training (ps.
